About Us
The Gaitan Family opened Mexico Restaurant in 1951. Then, our seating capacity could accommodate only thirty people. Mrs. Gaitan who taught the family home style Mexican cooking established our philosophy of consistent quality.
Your patronage has helped us to grow over the years. Now the second generation, who took over in 1961, carefully passes on the tradition, as the third generation emerges from the tradition of Mexico Restaurant.
